The Site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If legal services are needed, they are provided by independent licensed attorneys, where applicable. Information on this Site may reference contingency-based compensation and “no upfront fees.” Any compensation, fee percentage, and payment terms are governed solely by a separate written agreement, if executed. No fee is owed unless and until recovery is successful as defined in that agreement. If there is any conflict between information on this Site and a separate written agreement, the written agreement controls.
